Order Edits Policy
You can edit your order (shipping address, item size or style, etc.) within 1 hour of placing it. You will find a button to "Edit Your Order" in your order confirmation email or you can log into your Customer Portal here.
Return/Exchange Policy
To start your return/exchange process, please visit our Returns Portal here. Be sure to have your order number ready. Packages sent without first initiating a return request will not be accepted.
Online Purchases – U.S. Orders
Online purchases made through www.epicchoose.com and shipped within the United States are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below. Store credit may be used to reorder the correct style, color, or size.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
International Orders – Final Sale
Due to the significant costs and complexities associated with international shipping, including logistics, customs procedures, duties, taxes, and administrative expenses, all orders shipped outside the United States are considered FINAL SALE.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on international orders, including requests related to size, color, style, or change of mind.
Customers placing international orders are responsible for carefully reviewing product details, sizing information, colors, and shipping information before completing their purchase.
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@epicchoose.com promptly after delivery so our Customer Care team can review the issue.
Condition of Items:
- Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging. This includes being free from stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or any other products that alter the condition of the item.
- All returned items are inspected by our Quality Control (QC) Team upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse returns on any item that does not meet our acceptable hygiene standards as outlined in this policy.
Return Guidelines:
We kindly ask that you try on swimwear over underwear or other protective garments. Please avoid wearing makeup, perfume, or beauty products that could stain or damage the suit, as this may make the item ineligible for return.
Free return labels are available only if you selected Checkout+ at the time of purchase. If you did not opt in to Checkout+, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Any additional outbound labels for exchanges are also the responsibility of the customer.
Please note:
– If a return package does not reach us safely, we are unable to process your return.
– All returns are voluntary. By sending items back, you agree to these terms and forfeit ownership of the returned merchandise.
– If your return does not meet our criteria, we reserve the right to deny store credit, a refund, or the return of your item(s).
– We cannot guarantee exchange item availability. We highly suggest initiating an Instant Exchange if you would like to secure your exchange item(s).
Return Window:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your order being delivered. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
